As Vice President, Energy Efficiency, Electric Mobility and Behind-the-Meter Storage, for Eversource, Tilak Subrahmanian oversees one of the largest portfolios of solutions that help customers decarbonize their homes, businesses, and transportation. Tilak leads the integration of a broad range of behind-the-meter customer energy solutions: Building Electrification, Energy Efficiency, Distributed Energy Resources, Renewables, Cogeneration, Storage, Microgrids, and Electric Vehicles.

Previously, Tilak was at Arthur D. Little and at Thomson Reuters. He has an extensive background in Corporate Strategy and New Business ventures, working with executives in different industries to drive top-line growth and performance. He has successfully launched and operated new business ventures for several companies. Tilak has also been a judge of the MIT Clean Energy Prize.

Tilak earned an MBA from the University of Michigan, a MS Engineering from the University of Washington, and B.Tech Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
