Matt Shortsleeve is the Vice President of Development with Solect Energy, where he oversees Solect’s Solar & Storage program with PowerOptions and leads a project development team helping cities and towns, state agencies, and large non-profits deploy solar and storage projects.
With 13 years of renewable energy project development in New England, Matt is deeply experienced in public policy, building decarbonization and sustainability, power and lease contract law and negotiations, project finance, and business management. Matt earned his B.S. from Northeastern University, and completed the Presidio Graduate School's executive program in Sustainability Leadership.
