Mr. Abaza has over 25 years of experience in HVAC design, Commissioning, Power plant/Cogen design (Topping Cycle), Central Plant design, Energy Modeling, Energy Auditing and Facility Condition Assessments, Construction management, cost estimating. Mr. Abaza is a Licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Building Commissioning Professional, Green Building Engineer, LEED® Accredited Professional and an ASHRAE High Performance Building Design Professional. Projects worked on ranged from commercial buildings, federal buildings and schools to multi-family residential buildings, private residences, hospitals/healthcare and hotels.
With Bachelors form New York Institute of Technology and Master’s degree from NYU Tandon School of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and practical project experience forms a solid base for creative, proactive solution planning.
