Scamming Alerts
Place Order for Booth Material Rental
You will place orders for booth materials (tables, chairs, carpet, etc) through our General Contractor, Shepard.
*Floor covering is mandatory. If you will be providing your own covering, please let Shepard know.
Shepard will carpet any booths with uncovered floors at the end of day Tuesday, and you will be responsible for any material and labor charges incurred.

We have established partnerships with several local hotels for this event. By booking through our designated blocks, you are supporting this and future AEE Events.
*We strongly advise against using third-party booking services and urge you to exercise caution to avoid potential scams targeting trade shows.

Schedule Inbound Shipment for Booth Materials
We strongly suggest using Shepard's Advanced Warehouse for inbound shipping. If you ship directly to the convention center, the package will not be accepted until Shepard is Onsite (Monday, June 23). Small packages (<100lb) may be shipped to the UPS Store located in the Atrium. Another option would be to ship the materials to your hotel. This would need to be arranged with the hotel directly, and material handling fees may occur.
The AEE Events Team does not recommend using services other than the Shepard Advanced Warehouse. We have had several exhibitor packages go missing or never arrive when other services were utilized. Use these options at your own risk.

These services are exclusive to the convention center and will need to be ordered directly through their website. Advance rates will be offered until 21 days prior to the first day of the event. Orders can be placed after that, but standard rates will apply.

Place Order for Lead Retrieval
You will order Lead Retrieval through American Tradeshow Services. If you order a handheld device, you will pick them up at the Registration Counter - there will be a sign directing you to the Lead Retrieval station.
If you have any issues related to lead retrieval, the ATS technician will be available throughout the event.

 Place Floral Order
We will be using a local florist to fulfill any floral or greenery orders for your booth. Your order will be delivered to the expo hall on Tuesday afternoon, and show management will also arrange pick-up.

Submit Complimentary Conference and Booth Staff Registrations
To register attendees, you can submit the spreadsheet sent from the Events Coordinator or complete the form below for each individual attendee. The link can be sent to anyone attending to complete themselves, or you can submit on their behalf.
*If you are needing to purchase lunches for multiple staff members, reach out to rachel@aeecenter.org for invoicing and payment information.

Set-Up Outbound Shipping for Booth Materials
You have several options for outbound shipping. If your shipment is 100 pounds or less, it would make sense to ship out from the UPS store in the atrium. Their business hours are 8:00am to 7:00pm, so you should have plenty of time to drop off your package after exhibitor tear-down.
If you will be leaving your packages to be picked up by another courier service, or utilizing Shepard Logistic Services, you will need to complete the Material Handling Agreement provided by Shepard on move-out day. If you are not using Shepard Logistic Services, you will note your selected courier service on the MHA. Make sure those shipment services have been scheduled and confirmed.
