Abstract:

Energy Service Companies offer Facility managers a unique approach to updating and modernizing their buildings will small amount of capital investment through Energy Savings Performance Contracts and Energy as a Service Arrangements.  However, with modest capital infusing into a project that self-funds, facility dollars can be leveraged to enhance a project beyond doing two separate projects.  Yes, that means, that $1 from savings and $1 from capital can result in more than $2 of investment. Attendees will be able to answer the following questions after the session:

  2. What does a cash flow proforma show?
