After working for 15 years at a not-for-profit organization that provided energy conservation services to low-income New Yorkers through US DOE funded Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), I founded ANP Energy Consulting Services Corp. in 2007 providing energy consulting services with specialization in strategies for boiler plant optimization.

I have conducted and/or supervised over 500 energy audits of multifamily and small commercial buildings and have prepared detailed design specifications for boiler plant modernization for over 150 of these projects.

I strongly believe that majority of the facilities that we serve can significantly improve their operational efficiency and lower energy cost from low cost - no cost measures through structured Operation and Maintenance (O&M) program. As such, I like to empower facility operator with knowledge required to operate their facility at optimal level.

I have taught over 2,200 students in several different courses related to energy efficiency. Students include facility maintenance and operations staff, facility management and owners, and trade contractors, as well as other energy and engineering professionals.

I have served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on task forces assembled by US Department of Energy (DOE) and National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) to create MF Standard Work Specifications (SWS) and Job Task Analysis (JTA’s) for building operators.

I am honored to serve as President Elect (2015) of Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). I served as President of NY Chapter of AEE in 2002-2003 and have remained active board member of the chapter since then.
