All Chairs and Speakers will need to register themselves for the event. As a Speaker and/or Session Chair, you will receive complimentary conference registration, including access to the technical sessions, expo hall, and lunches. The form to register yourself is located below. Please send all registration questions and concerns to our Events Coordinator, rachel@aeecenter.org.

Each speaker and chair receives a complimentary guest pass. This complimentary registration will give them access to technical sessions and the expo hall. They are also welcome to attend the CWEEL Breakfast on Thursday morning. Lunches can be purchased but are not included.

Presentation Template

Please use the following template for your presentation.

The first two slides are for covers, using larger or smaller font. The next slide is an alternate image page if needed. The last two pages are the basic pages to fill with copy.

Please take note that the templates use a font called ARIAL. This is a default font, so no matter what computer is used to display the presentation, it will be available, and things will display properly. Do not use any other font as it may not display properly.

Proceedings Paper Template

Guidelines for writing a Proceedings paper- <<Open Template>>

This is an optional opportunity for presenters to expand on their work. AEE journal editors frequently select Proceedings to be published.
